We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our change team on a temporary or permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to work as part of the Business Systems team to validate the integrity of newly created software, and changes to existing software, during the System Test and System Integration Test phases.
This role works as part of a Business Information Systems team to assist in the configuration of newly created software and changes to existing software, based on business requirements.
This role works across internal and external stakeholders, is based in Tunbridge Wells with occasional travel to London or other sites required. Has some autonomy but works as part of a wider team. Uses appropriate methods, systems, and processes.
We are looking to recruit 2 Business Development Executives for The Military Mutual (TMM). The role will include presenting TMM commercial combined insurance to military related organisations as potential customers in order to secure new business; providing key input and insight into the development of both the Commercial Membership engagement and engagement with small and medium sized enterprises; and identifying, evaluating and recommending new trading opportunities for TMM and make sales where appropriate.
The successful candidate(s) will ideally have a CII certification and a good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent. They will have sales experience and ideally experience of insurance and financial services. They will have an understanding and experience of the Armed Forces, be a natural and confident communicator and negotiator, and the ability to present and sell the Mutual’s proposition through face to face contact at an individual level, and in front of large groups of people at conferences and events.
Please note this role requires the obtaining the necessary ID and access to MoD establishments. and travel within the UK is required in order to meet potential members, attend events and MoD sites, so a full driving licence is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business from the first call to accepting cover, and helping the Company meet new business targets.
