  • Competitive salary

    We provide a competitive annual salary which is benchmarked regularly. You will be eligible for an yearly salary review once you have completed your probation, based on how well we do and how you have contributed to our success.

  • Annual Leave

    We appreciate, to be at your best, regular holiday and the ability to relax are essential. We have decided that the statutory minimum of 20 days is not enough so we offer a minimum of 25 days plus eight Bank Holidays per annum. This way you can relax and unwind for at least six weeks* of the year.

    * Full time staff are entitled to 25 days’ holiday a year. Part time staff have the same entitlement pro-rata to reflect their working pattern.

    Regis appreciates that some years you might want to add an extra week of leave for something special, so we offer you the option to buy 5 days additional leave. In addition, if you want the extra money in your pocket, you can sell 5 days of your leave back to the Company.

  • Bonus Scheme

    We are striving to foster a culture, such that when Regis does well, our staff are recognised accordingly.   At Regis’ discretion, an annual bonus pool is available to eligible employees.  Bonus payments are dependent on how you have contributed to the success of the Company during the year.

    Staff in sales roles will be eligible for Commission payments each month, based on sales targets and individual achievement.

  • Company Pension Scheme

    Regis will make a minimum 1% and maximum 5% contribution into an Individual Personal Pension Plan in your name from day one of your employment.  The level of payments made by the Company into the Scheme depend on your personal monthly contributions. You will make savings on tax and national insurance if you choose to join.

  • Childcare Vouchers

    We are aware of the increasing costs of childcare and therefore give you the option to purchase Childcare Vouchers to help working parents make significant savings on the cost of registered childcare.   You will receive tax and National Insurance incentives equivalent to a saving of up to £1,195 per annum.

  • Cycle to Work

    0% interest loans are offered on the purchase of a wide range of bikes.  Staff can save up to 42% through lower tax and National Insurance contributions.

  • Sponsorship for external studies

    Regis seek to encourage the personal and professional development of our staff by providing learning and development that ensures they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs. As part of this commitment, applications are considered from staff wishing to study for qualifications or certificates while in employment by the Company.

  • Professional subscriptions

    Staff development is important to us.  Professional subscriptions that you need to carry out your job will be paid by the Company in many cases.

  • Shopping Discounts
