This is joint venture between Self Insured Services Australia (Pty) Ltd (SISA) and Regis & Partners (Pty) Ltd to operate the JHG Mutual. It combines SISA’s experience and expertise in worker’s compensation, employment benefit protections and self insurance management, with Regis’ and Partners expertise in the design, set-up and management of mutuals.
Regis Managing Agencies

A newly formed subsidiary, which operates on a delegated authority on behalf of insurers to provide tailored commercial insurance to selective organisations and trade bodies. Regis principally uses these facilities to establish 'incubator' schemes to future members of new mutuals while building the necessary critical mass.
Regis Marine
Worldwide - based in London
Regis Marine is a wholly owned subsidiary established to capitalise on the marine experience of its senior staff - in particular, underwriting and servicing of marine risks in the Lloyd’s, company and mutual environment - and it is Regis's Appointed Representative of activities for its venture with Full Circle by operating the cover holder arrangement.
Regis Marine provides the infrastructure to Full Circle - underwriting, claims, legal, administrative, accounting and IT support and it can provide actuarial and compliance services. Regis can also make available its external international network of correspondents who have experience in the investigation and mitigation of exposure to underwriters.
Full Circle Marine and Transport
Worldwide - based in London
This is a joint venture with leading marine underwriters and is a marine insurance cover holder at Lloyds of London, and has the pen from the Mitsui Sumitomo Syndicate at Lloyds. The cover holder is in the name of Regis Marine Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regis Mutual Management Ltd.
Full Circle provides cover for intermodal transport and professional liability risks, underwriting transport, property and equipment assets where these are associated with a marine and transport liability risk. The product range also includes professional negligence and errors and omissions insurance.as also underwrites transport, property and equipment assets where these are associated with a marine and transport liability risk.
The underwriters use their extensive experience in the sector to determine carefully the right risk to underwrite, based on their working knowledge of the marine industry. Should a claim materialise, they utilise their knowledge of the management of carriers’ and cargo handlers’ exposures to claims. This includes the correct identification of cases where the liability of intermediaries or intermediary carriers belongs more properly with a principal or contracting carrier.
Global Compliance Assistance (GCA)
Worldwide - based in Singapore
GCA performs regulatory/compliance audits, claim reviews, reinsurance inspections, and provides regulatory/compliance training and related services.
As well as standard regulatory audits, GCA performs
- 'trouble shooting' audits where a problem is suspected
- 'suitability' audits for underwriters as part of their due diligence process prior to the granting of a binding authority
- 'wrap-up' audits for underwriters following the non-renewal or cancellation of a binding authority
- 'preventative audits' where a coverholder may think that there is some problem requiring attention and would like advice on best practice, before a ‘real’ audit is scheduled.

SISA was formed in March 2001 and provides management services of self insured workers' compensation liability programs to major Australian and international organisations .
It is the only completely independent organisation to provide the total range of services needed for self insurers in Australia and NZ.and offers feasibility studies, assistance in making application to the relevant authorities to become self insured, managing the claims of organisations that are self insured, establishing and managing re-insurance programs, managing the data reporting requirements of the various authorities, and liaising with and managing the actuarial assistance required.
They have also developed occupational health and safety systems to enable compliance with the requirements of the various states..
