Paul Koronka

CEO

Paul founded Regis Mutual Management in August 2007. He started his working life as a maritime law specialist and then joined the second largest ship-owners' P&I Club. After a period heading a marine insurance recoveries department he was asked to establish a mutual management subsidiary, launching two mutuals in UK and two in Australia.

At Charles Taylor Consulting he was Chairman of the Non Marine Mutual Management Division which led to the creation of nine mutuals. He is a well respected speaker at conferences communicating the mutual message.

Andrew Wallace

COO

Andrew is a co-founder of Regis Mutual Management. He is both an engineer and a chartered account by training. Over the past fifteen years he has developed and managed a number of mutuals and other risk retention or risk financing entities in North America, Bermuda, Europe and the Gulf.

George Prescott

Chairman

Appointed as an Executive Director of mutual insurer Ecclesiastical Insurance Group in 1995, he became Deputy Group Chief Executive in 2005. George also serves on the investment committees of the Save the Children Fund and the Worshipful Company of Coopers. He is a Director of Mapfre Re and JP Morgan Cazenove Pension Trustee Limited.

Peter Wagg

During his 32 year career Peter has held many positions within the news industry - including being President of the National Federation of Retail Newsagents, Chairman of Homelink, Chairman of the Newspaper & Magazine industry’s Joint Industry Group and Chairman of NFRN Mutual Ltd.

Shaun Tarbuck

After ten years in various roles within the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF) Shaun was appointed Chief Executive in 2005. He was also recently a leading figure in establishing the Association of Mutual Insurers(AMI) in the UK, and is now its CEO. Shaun is a qualified chartered accountant and has worked in the insurance and corporate finance sectors

Gerald Ewing

COO Australia

Gerald has extensive management and business administration experience including a strong background in claims, underwriting and insurance gained over 30 years in the industry. He has been involved with mutual management since 1997 and since 2003 has been actively involved in the development and management of discretionary mutuals in Australia. .

Greg LeGuier

Greg is General Manager of Capricorn Financial Services. A chartered accountant, he has significant experience on providing audit, assurance,financial and corporate advisory services to diverse range of large clients, public and private companies involved in the professional services, finance, mining, engineering, manufacturing, property, retailing, construction and technology.

Steve Wood

Steve has 28 years experience in general insurance, financial services and healthcare markets. He is Managing Director for UK and Ireland at the Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, where he has been an executive director since January 2005. Steve is executive director responsible for corporate social responsibility at Ecclesiastical and is also heavily involved with Business in the Community.

Bryn Thomas

Bryn is a qualified barrister who, for 25 years, has specialised in claims management - within the Lloyds, corporate and mutual environments - handling a wide variety of marine liability claims, including personal injury and physical damage.
